It is estimated that one person in every ten has unclaimed property. According
to the Massachusetts Unclaimed Property Laws, most financial assets that have
been inactive for more than three years are declared “unclaimed” and
turned over to the Commonwealth.
Many citizens have questions about unclaimed property, such as why do states
have unclaimed property laws and how do I file a claim for my property? With
this web site we seek to answer many of your questions and reunite unclaimed
assets with its rightful owners.
This is a free service and there is no time limit for filing a claim. It is my
priority to make returning unclaimed property as easy as possible.
